We will work with you to agree who your target beneficiaries are.  We are experienced in working in ‘hard to reach’ communities and use our experience as well as our tried and tested engagement techniques. This ensures that we deliver to optimal numbers from your target audience, each and every session.

 

 

High quality programmes

We believe in quality not quantity.  Our accredited programmes are delivered precisely as laid out by the relevant accrediting body.  Our non-accredited programmes are based on full session plans.  We engage with participants to understand where we might do better.

 

We have set up our organisation with the intention of continuing to personally deliver the sessions that we are commissioned to run.  Whilst this limits our capacity, it means we can offer a quality assurance which is unmatched by our competitors.  We believe this will ensure our clients will commission us on an ongoing basis.  We will not deploy other coaches without prior agreement.

Defining and measuring outcomes

We believe that every organisation should be able to demonstrate its impact on the communities it serves.

 

We will work with you to define the outcomes that your organisation would like to achieve for a given community or target group.

 

We will also work with the young people/service users from the outset, to understand the outcomes that they would like to achieve.
