Curriculum support PE / PPA Cover

As experienced tutors and sports coaches, we can offer structured and engaging  PE sessions to whole classes from Reception to Year 6.  Our schemes of work comply with National Curriculum standards and we work in partnership with teachers to ensure all children reach their required attainment levels.  Coaches ensure that, where required, staff development and training is built into the programme for sustainability.

We also offer PPA cover in schools, enabling teaching staff to have protected planning time whilst the class is positively engaged in an agreed curriculum activity.

Early years and key stage 1 Provision

Using our Multi-Skills background we can offer a programme that is suitable for children in Early Years Foundation and Key Stage 1. The Programme is fun and allows us to work towards improving children's Agility, Balance and Coordination.

Behaviour support & mentoring

We can offer one-to-one behaviour support for children in years 4-6.  This early intervention ensures that any early disruptive behaviours are addressed and that the child receives the necessary emotional, social and behavioural support.  A recent project involved a coach working across three primary school classrooms, delivering interventions with specific pupils as required, freeing up teachers to continue with lessons and drastically reducing the frequency of head teacher intervention.

In secondary schools, we provide targeted intensive support to young people in years 9-11who may be ‘at risk’ of exclusion.  Our personalised support package includes one-to-one mentoring and goal setting, based on the unique circumstances of the young person.
